Hospitals in Zimbabwe

One would think gloves, needles, painkillers and water should be a standard in any hospital, but in Zimbabwe they are not. Zimbabweans hoped for change when Emmerson Mnangagwa took over but that would not be the case, seemingly he  made matters worse for Zimbabwean people. Without a doubt Zimbabwe's economy continues to decline inflation rate going up, the effect is being felt everywhere long queues at banks, as people wait for money, fuel shortages and health care facilities are not getting what they  need. Hospital staff have been striking pressing the government for change, demanding better salaries, functioning medical equipment just to name of few things. In public hospitals doctors have resorted to operate with their bare hands, non sterilised gloves i mean what sort of government would allow this to happen? only Zanu Pf would.

In some cases it has been known that the doctors would ask the patience to bring their own face masks and anesthesia and for the people who cannot afford it doctors would have to buy it for them. The Zimbabwean government response is that they would say they do not have money to buy the basic necessity's because of the economy crisis and that would be far from the truth because Zanu pf have been looting public funds for themselves yet the rest of Zimbabwean people suffer. What the people of Zimbabwe  need is a government for the people not like Zanu Pf which their  leader Emmerson Mnangagwa is  completely useless at his job, and known for his selfish ambitions to better himself and his government yet the rest of Zimbabwean people suffer.
