It has been almost 4 years since Emmerson Mnangagwa became president of Zimbabwe. He promised jobs for the unemployed, economy growth and make it things innocent people behind bars for opposing the government. One can surely say its been a horrible time for Zimbabwean people. Now Zanu Pf is promising 1.5 million houses in the next 5 years, if they are voted into power after the elections. Surely every Zimbabwean have heard this sort lies. During the 2013 national elections, the Zanu PF also promised that they will create 1 million jobs if voted into power, but to no one's surprise the did not leave up to their promises votes were also rigged.
Zanu PF have vowed to re open the country for business with global community so as to rebuild industries, create more jobs and uplift people's livehoods. How can Zimbabwean people take the government seriously, these are the same people were corruption strives, promise the people of Zimbabwe hope yet they want votes, this has been a pattern since Zanu PF got into power. Now we have Zimbabwean teachers refusing to return to the classrooms citing they need for better pay. The teachers are paid less than $100 which is less than the cost of living in Zimbabwe. The pay dispute goes back to October 2018, when the government stopped paying teachers in U.S dollars, switching to the reintroduced Zimbabwean dollar which has steadily lost value, effectively reducing teachers wages.
The country of Zimbabwe is in the hands of ruthless criminals. Zimbabwe needs a revolution. We are sick and tired of Zanu Pf's promises.
