Is Zimbabwe under complete control of Chinese people who have heavily invested in the economy. The Chinese have seemed to have heavily invested in mines. It is reported they employ locals and exploit them to meet their targets, in some cases it has been reported that some workers have been abused some have been shot dead when the labourers demanded their legitimate outstanding wages and to no ones surprise no measures have been taken by the government. It is widely known the Chinese companies operating in mines do not pay Zimbabwean local workers but instead discriminate them from onsite Chinese workers and aslo by paying the Zimbabwean local workers only US$35 per month. And in some reports it has been said that the local employees have been assaulted by employers by making them work in dangerous, inhuman, harsh and life-threatening conditions, someone would call that modern day slavery.
The question is why is the government of Zimbabwe doing anything about it? Emmerson Mnanagwa is meant to be the President of Zimbabwe, President of the people, but yet he is letting this happen to his fellow Zimbabweans down. This clearly shows he has lost the nation of Zimbabwe trust and he has also failed to sort out the human rights by yet he is campaigning for another 4 years in power. Zimbabwean people are tired of the Zanu-PF regime.
